Join B. Harper and Hamtramck Free School for Chi Kung
Chi Kung is for health and meditation. The 45 minute session will include gentle exercises (combination of sitting and standing), stretching the ligaments, loosening the joints and relaxing your mind. All ages. Wear loose clothing, flat shoes and bring water.
